Cancellation Policy

In case you change your mind and want to cancel your order, you can do that within 6 hours of placing your order. Please submit any cancellations via e-mail to floridadressyourhome@gmail.com within 8 hours from placing the order. We will credit back the amount back to you by the same mode you made the payment, subject to the following.

E-mail cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and e-mail address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide your phone number also so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to your cancellation of order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order. However, in case you have requested for stitching of the outfit/s that you have ordered, or any kind of alterations and / or any other changes, we will not be able to cancel the order if the processing on your item has already started. Also, we will not be able to cancel the order if the item has already been shipped out.

In the event that a cancellation was submitted in time (via e-mail), and your order was shipped out after that, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping and a nominal handling charge of Rs 100.
